If Packers are interested in him and really interested in him I mean, he will sign with us. He knows that this Packers team has great potential to win the super bowl. We are young and motivated to achieve and make a greater name for us. If Ted throws the bone Canty will take it.

If I recall correctly, Canty never even stopped by for a visit. His agent just floated around the idea of Green Bay to drive up his perceived market value. He never had any true intentions of giving Green Bay a serious thought.
