i could see him filling in for Bigby if he goes down, while he has looked good so far, he can sometimes blow coverages and look bad.
BAD EMAIL because the address couldn ot be found, or is unable to receive mail.

No i mean that was the knock on him from Steeler fans. While some do it every once and a while, it seemed like he did it alot.

To me the depth chart is wrong. I think Smith should be behind Collins, with Rouse behind Bigby. Rouse has the better size to match up closer to the line.

That INT by Smith was pretty. If he can keep making plays like that, he will continue to get time on the field.
The world needs ditch diggers too Danny!!!

Personally i thing Smith is playing himself onto the field weather bigby is healthy or not, i could see him starting the season opener, he has experience in the defense and seems to make plays when he's out there. All DB's get torched from time to time, but i think he's actually a better coverage guy than bigby(not saying a whole lot), and isn't shy when it comes to hitting either.

I would love to see Bigby play a large role and be that intimidating player that we all know he can be, but i just haven't seen him do much at all this year.

Smith is far better than Bigby in coverage. Bigby might be the slowest safety I've seen start in the NFL. As you say, Smith is playing his way into the team, whether as a starter or as the 5th DB (Capers sometimes uses 3 safeties.)

As time goes by I'm starting to believe Bigby's 2007 season was just a fluke.

Finally, thank both of you so much. We nitpick a lot of players around here, but Bigby always seems to get a pass. I think it might be because we don't have anybody better until now. Bigby's playoff game against the Seahags a couple years ago was good, but I think he is a liability at safety for coverage but is all right in run support. I prefer Smith as well.

Zero2Cool (18-Feb) : Issue should be solved, database cleaned and held strong working / meeting. Boom!
Zero2Cool (18-Feb) : It should be halted now.
Mucky Tundra (18-Feb) : usually spambots are trying to get traffic to shady websites filled with spyware; the two links being spammed were to the Packers website
Mucky Tundra (18-Feb) : you know when you put it that way combined with the links it was spamming (to the official Packers website)
Zero2Cool (18-Feb) : Yep. You can do that with holding down ENTER on a command in Console of browser
