sad thing is you'll never know. molding players is what good coaches do. giving up on them to get the quick fix is what chilly did. but i'm glad you're happy - as long as you're happy, i'm thrilled. :D

I have wanted him since the beginning.

That is confirmed.

I don't know one other person who is as big as a Favre appologist and fan as Mars. And that includes dhpacker etc.

I voted no. Which may or may not be a good thing in the long run. lol Here's why. I don't think the Vikings will collapse this year. Even if they get as far as they did last year, and Zigy doesn't want to continue with Chilly.. He just won't give him an extension. Which leaves one last year for Chilly to do something big with this team.

molding players is what good coaches do. giving up on them to get the quick fix is what chilly did.

lol

T-Jack has had 3 years to prove who he was. What have we learned? He's injury prone and loves jump-passes. It's a joke to say that Chilly gave up on him.. We know who he is now, which is NOT a starting QB in this system.

Oh, and nice to see some more purple here, Mars!

lemme rephrase it so you can understand a little better...good coaches mold their players - chilly gave up. wait - i just said the same thing.

what i'm saying is that if tjack had a DECENT coach he could have succeeded. instead he got chilly who threw his hands up & said 'DUH'.

I think it's the other way around.

Chilly tried to force T-Jack into a system he can not succeed in. Therefore, T-Jack threw his hands up and said 'DUH'. Watch the replay of last Friday's game between the Vikes and the Colts.. T-Jack looked like T-Joke. It was embarassing. I don't know if T-Jack can succeed at ALL in the NFL. It'll take a great offensive mind if he can.

Not the response I'm looking for.. lol

I'm looking for the response that says, Chilly's the dummy for forcing a square peg in a round hole, and T-Jack is not the QB people want him to be.

This has nothing to do with the rest of his coaching abilities.. Hell, since he's taken over, the Vikings have gotten better each and every year. And this is the most talented team I can remember the Vikings having since 1998. I give Chilly some of that credit.

I can't believe the Viking's "fans" that are sniffing Favres crotch. For years, it was blast blast blast, now its sniff sniff sniff SNIIIIIFFFF.

Grow some balls, the only one I respect on this flip flopping thing is vikesrule, at least he's holding his own ground.

Where the hell is the sense of pride in your fanhood? Are you THAT desperate to win you need the enemies ICON to TRY?

Wimps!!

//hahah lol heh 😛

dfosterf (26-Jun) : Fair enough, WPR. Thing is, I have been a long time advocate to at least have some inkling of the dynamics within the board.
wpr (26-Jun) : 1st world owners/stockholders problems dfosterf.
Martha Careful (25-Jun) : I would have otherwise admirably served
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Also, no more provision for a write-in candidate, so Martha is off the table at least for this year
dfosterf (25-Jun) : You do have to interpret the boring fine print, but all stockholders all see he is on the ballot
dfosterf (25-Jun) : It also says he is subject to another ballot in 2028. I recall nothing of this nature with Murphy
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Ed Policy is on my ballot subject to me penciling him in as a no.
dfosterf (25-Jun) : I thought it used to be we voted for the whatever they called the 45, and then they voted for the seven, and then they voted for Mark Murphy
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Because I was too lazy to change my address, I haven't voted fot years until this year
dfosterf (25-Jun) : of the folks that run this team. I do not recall Mark Murphy being subject to our vote.
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Ed Policy yay or nay is on the pre-approved ballot that we always approve because we are uninformed and lazy, along with all the rest
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Weird question. Very esoteric. For stockholders. Also lengthy. Sorry. Offseason.
Zero2Cool (25-Jun) : Maybe wicked wind chill made it worse?
Mucky Tundra (25-Jun) : And then he signs with Cleveland in the offseason
Mucky Tundra (25-Jun) : @SharpFootball WR Diontae Johnson just admitted he refused to enter a game in 41° weather last year in Baltimore because he felt “ice cold”
