OK Wade, let me get this straight....
1. You're an Econ professor.
2. At an obscure college, (spell that Luther), in Iowa.
3. You're a cheesehead.

And who says viking fans don't have a sense of humor.

(never understood that criticism, actually. seems that it would be a necessary condition.)

six months in iowa with an econ professor would seem like forever, true. but it would still only be purgatory. six months in iowa without an econ professor would be hell.

after all, the econ professor could explain why the roads in minnesota (like those to the mayo clinic) always suck. and when she got lost on those same roads, the econ professor could always "assume we have a road map" and show her the way home.

small consolation, I know. but she's from iowa. she shouldn't expect much. after all, we're the state that brags about "standardized tests" and "first in nation political caucuses" and similar wastes of time.

methinks it's going to be fun playing with you, vikesrule.
