In my opinion, you're only a punk at the age of 22 if you refuse to grow into the more mature life around you that is making you look like one. He seems to be doing just fine.

I'd go so far as to say I expected it last season. What I didn't expect, and what I'm hoping for, is for him to grow out of it before next season. To see him get to a certain level of maturity this year would a bonus, in my opinion. We knew he would be a 3-4 year project when he was drafted. If he can contribute this year; great. If he can win the starting job this year; hell yeah!

. Taking that into consideration, the "punk" reputation he seemed to aquire could be vastly overblown.

100% agreed, now do think I like his comments, but a first year player I can understand it a little... big fish now becomes a little fish but hasn't looked in the mirror yet type of deal.

Yet some seem to accept that type of nonsense from our fourth year QB.. šŸ˜‰

ya its interesting we havnt heard much about harrell since the start or OTAs - everyone was all excited about him a month ago. Now we dont even hear his name mentioned.

Finley seemed to have learned after his "interviews".

I liked Jeremy Thompson in college and look for him to do well in the 3-4, at least I'm pulling for him.

He might, but I doubt it. Harris went from the most overrated guy, to the most underrated. I think that he'll do good in this scheme. I think that he'll finish this season and then, depending on how good he and Tramon have both played, will be let go or will remain the starter. I don't think that we'll ever see him as a number 3/4 CB.

Clearly, it will be Al's to lose. But I would not be suprised to see Tramon win out as the season progresses...you just cannot discount "young legs" in this game. That said, Al is so savvy and smart...dude just sees stuff before it even develops. In either case, we are in good hands.
