I'm not a big fan of the song, but I think this may be the greatest music video ever made. Watching it in full-screen HD is a must, preferably on a wide-screen monitor.

This video is so far ahead of its time, it's amazing. One of the first videos -- perhaps the first -- ever to feature digital effects.

By no means the greatest of all time (not even strictly speaking a music video), but awesome for the breathtaking break dancing. It's one of my all-time favorite songs, so I'm biased.

I love the way he plays the guitar. His singing style is unique, also.

Nothing fancy, and normally I don't like the live version of an original recording, because it is usually missing "something". Not with him, though...

I submit it is because Chris and his band have pure talent, not needing anything fancy-schmantzy- recording-wise.

I don't want to make a mockery out of your thread, but this little gem deserves a spot.

Geez, that's such a tough call. But one thing I will say, I've seen some pretty cool videos recently. I could name a lot of Metal videos but I'd probably scare some people, so a recent non-Metal video that was spectacular - Gwen Stefani's "What you waiting for?"

I like the concept and the whole Alice in Wonderland with Harajuku girls thingie going on. Pretty cool.

Best video of all-time though was of course Motley Crue's "Girls Girls Girls," but you'll have to find the uncensored version on your own.

one of my favs

its an hendrix tune that you can not find anywhere. the video was made in 1983 from a hendrix performance in 1970. the producer did a great job mixing in 80's dancers to jimi's music from a live perfromance in 1970. this video is still cool in 2009.

All of Jacksons videos were good but i think the best of all time had to be Thriller. It was ground breaking and as much as i didn't like the guy i wish i could dance 1/2 as good as he could.

Ok heres a video anyone know whats so important about it?
