I would turn around, smile, and inform them that since they are here, their villige must be missing it's perverbial idiot.

And if they were drooling, I would know they were Viking fans.
And if they were holding hands, I would know they were Bear fans.

The option how I usually respond wasnt given - attempt to have a inteleectual discussion of how we will kick some next season.

But to tell you the truth; the option I listed "how many championships has your team won"; I think will fit the bill much better then what I normally say.
