Mike Tgrovac- Defensive Line Coach

If you haven't read up on this guy and what he has done it's awesome that he is here to help in the area we need it the most.

A good article with what he has done is on Packer Chatter but unfortunately my cut and paste ability is well, it doesn't exist.

The first thing that jumped out was that in his first year as DLC with Washington they lead the league in sacks with 48. I didn't realize either that he had been with GB back when McCarthy was here.

This guy is credited with helping develope a bunch of All Pro DLinemen in his career and took what would be considered a step down when MM called and he took the job.

This bodes well for Raji and even Harrell if they can keep him on the field.

This is like "if you could pick somebody to come in and fix the D-line who would it be" and then there he is.

Wow. I thought someone was posting on my account. I didn't mean anything with my post in the other thread, but I'm glad that you like my avatar.

One of the reasons that he's not talked about is because he has been solid. And it's a low key job ofcourse. There's not a whole lot to complain about and he's not in a position to get a lot of praise.

Yeah, it's pretty cool. And the only one that worked.

How small do these damn things have to be anyway? lol
