There are so many things that concern me about this article.
Who is giving the Packers the green light to sign Williams?
How far along in his rehab is he?
I don't get a warm and fuzzy feeling about players rehabbing an ACL.

That being said, after Gute's time dealing with Bakhtiari's knee injury, I don't think Gute is looking for another potential starter if the knee holds up situation. So I don't think we need to worry about it.
Also, I'd be extra extra concerned with signing OL Connor Williams because at the start of FA, or maybe right before it, it was said don't expect to see him sign anytime soon, as he's more concerned if his every day life/walking will ever be the same again, much less football, as it was an absolutely horrible ACL tear. So I'd be extra weary.
Nice to see Jenkins is getting some Center snaps, though my guess is that's mainly to replace Runyan as the emergency backup Center.
Packers did get the Dolphins LB coach, so they do have a guy that might know Connor Williams or his reputation inside a locker room or with his coaches. But also the Dolphins have the most inside knowledge and no state tax, and better weather, so might not want to put bid them, and might not have a shot at getting.him if you don't outbid them.
