Looks like a pretty good deal. Basically a 2 year deal and can be tweaked if the team wants to keep around after that.

Though if Jones agreed to a one year, $7 million deal, then they basically agreed his market is in the $6 million range. So Packers were in the ball park of what he'd agree to.
