Initially I thought the 49ers with their run game but I saw a blurb that their offense doesnt do so hot in rain? Plus Purdy has a tendency to throw potential picks. So maybe it benefits GB with Loves arm strength?

Imo the only way we win this game is if we stop the run. Hopefully Brocks parents aren't on the screen after every play lol

The one through line of 49ers losses is turnovers, specifically from Brock Purdy.

Ravens - 4 INTs
Bengals - 2 INTs, 1 fumble
Vikings - 2 INTs
Browns - 1 INT

Really hope Dillon can go this week. Having 2 backs that can be fed the ball 15+ times would help control the clock and open up play action.

Found this nugget underneath the Bukowski tweet. From a trustworthy source aka Iowa Hawkeye fan who would know the weaknesses of a Iowa State product.

I still say he is pretty average, just happens to have some good weapons and good coaching. Most of his big plays are short throws with yards after the catch - which we all know has been the 9ers formula for quite some time. Pressing their receivers at the line could disrupt some of that - not usually how we operate, but I think we will se more of it than usual on Saturday. We can't afford to let them get easy first downs or it will be a long night for the defense.

Mucky Tundra (25-Jul) : also, no bueno when a guy starts getting concussions right off the bat in his career
Zero2Cool (25-Jul) : Concussion is worse. Banks probably vet off day via back booboo claim
Mucky Tundra (25-Jul) : @AndyHermanNFL Jordy Nelson out at camp today. No word if he’s in play for one of the two open roster spots ; )
dfosterf (25-Jul) : Is that better or worse than Banks bad back?
