Joe Barry gone. Bisaccia should be on the hot seat. If we come out flat and lose vs the Bears, MLF should be on the hot seat or at least give up play calling.

I would have next on my list -- new strength and condition regime.
I'm curious as to why the special teams unit has floundered so much. It seemed like 2022 was a positive direction year. Is it the youth? Is it the lack of experience due to injuries and youth? The guy is a good special teams coach, so what happened?
Matt LaFleur needs to be calling plays. Removing him from that would be a massive mistake. It's the best thing about the guy.
LaFleur needs a DC that does well enough that he doesn't need to sit in on the meetings all the time and allow more of his focus to the offense. He's the HC so he has to have his hands in all phases, but he's offensive minded HC so he needs more focus there, not defense.
I thought Mike Pettine was perfect fit for him. Pettine has that tough guy persona LaFleur lacks. For whatever reason, they chose not to extend Pettine or Pettine refused to sign.
