What a disappointing performance!! This game was not as close as the score would have indicated. They stomped us.

We are what our record says we are.....a below average team. The Panthers are the only likely win for the rest of the season

Offensively:
- way too much pressure on Love
- Love - highly inaccurate for much of the night, especially early. Several obvious misses. It's windy... fire the ball!!
- Love -HORRIBLE decision on the interception....inexcusable
- Love - fumbles don't hack it....get the yardage you can and go down
- Left tackle (whichever) stunk. Right guard (whichever) poor.
- Penalties....c'mon guys it wasn't that loud
- Play calling poor at best. MLF, by the 3rd quarter they had adjusted to the jet sweep...AND TO CALL IT ON THE 2PT ATTEMPT WAS UNFATHOMABLY STUPID!!!
- Kraft is a keeper
- Taylor, hey dumb ass!!! For the second week in a row we had to waste a timeout because you are too dumb to get out of bounds.

Defense:
- Shut down Barkley, until crunch time. Had he not coughed up the ball, we would be able to complain about the...
- Soft coverage up by 1 point letting go down the field nearly effortlessly, like a hot knife through butter.
- Our history of cluelessness against running quarterbacks continues. They stink at passing and we did not see that coming?!?!?
- Were there any pressures the whole game?!?!? A couple at best against a poor Offensive line
- Gary, a no-show (sure glad we re-upped him for big bucks) until he lost his jock on a read option letting the QB run for 20 yards
- Van Ness looking like a 4 round pick. Soft against the run. CRUSHED on the TD sweep around his end. He stunk.
- Pass rush did not keep any lane control. The little Jersey kid could run up the gut on any pass rush he wanted.
- Clearly we miss our starting corners.
- McDuffie started strong, but filled gaps poorly as the game went on
- Too many missed tackles to count.
- Valentine is a back-up. Ballantine even less so. Savage a no-show

Special Team
- Too many penalties....low Wonderlic's a factor no doubt
- Nixon...here is an idea....when you fumble a punt....FALL ON IT
- Carlson, stop thinking so damn much and just kick the crap out of the ball....YEESH
- Who told him to pooch the kick off so close to the sideline.? Had the Giant player not been an idiot that would have gone Out of Bounds

OUTPLAYED, OUTCOACHED, OUT FOUGHT

The wins against the Lions and Chiefs, as noted in previous posts, are not as good as we thought. We were too full of ourselves.

I guess we should expect it with a young team, but we crapped the bed on this one. Short week before we get spanked by Tampa.

Give Giants credit... but Packers were clearly the more talented team and they choked and screwed up in a ton of different ways.

When it was three turn overs to their zero. I knew it was over. Then the pricks brought me back to thinking "maybe" after that TD. Only to see the defense shit themselves.

Packers played undisciplined ball. They were mistake prone. It was like they wanted to lose. Then Giants were trying to give the game back to Packers. We said, no, no, no!!! You win this!!!

The "PLAYOFFS" YouTube thing ... give me a break people. Check your expectations from a few months ago. Stop being ridiculous. It's like your fanatical or something!!! 😁😁

Mucky Tundra (30-Jan) : Now that's a thought, maybe they're looking at the college ranks? Maybe not head coaches but DC/assistant DCs with league experience?
beast (30-Jan) : College Coaches wouldn't want that publicly, as it would hurt recruiting and they might not get the job.
beast (30-Jan) : I thought they were supposed to publicly announce them, at least the NFL ones. Hafley was from college, so I believe different rules.
Mucky Tundra (30-Jan) : Who knows who they're interviewing? I mean, nobody knew about Hafley and then out of nowhere he was hired
beast (30-Jan) : I wonder what's taking so long with hiring a DL coach, 2 of the 3 known to interview have already been hired elsewhere.
Zero2Cool (27-Jan) : Packers coach Matt LaFleur hires Luke Getsy as senior assistant, extends Rich Bisaccia's deal
Zero2Cool (27-Jan) : Chiefs again huh? I guess another Super Bowl I'll be finding something else to do.

buckeyepackfan (26-Jan) : I forgot, they corrected the call a week later. Lol btw HAPPY BIRTHDAY dhazer!
buckeyepackfan (26-Jan) : That brings up the question, why wasn't Nixon down by contact? I think that was the point Kanata was making.
buckeyepackfan (26-Jan) : Turnovers rule, win the turnover battle, win the game.
packerfanoutwest (26-Jan) : well, he was
TheKanataThrilla (26-Jan) : Eagles down by contact on the fumble....fuck you NFL
Mucky Tundra (26-Jan) : I think this games over

Zero2Cool (25-Jan) : Any reason I'm catching a shot here about my intelligence?
Martha Careful (25-Jan) : thank you Mucky for sticking up for me
Martha Careful (25-Jan) : some of those people are smarter than you zero. However Pete Carroll is not
Mucky Tundra (24-Jan) : Rude!
beast (24-Jan) : Martha? 😋
Zero2Cool (24-Jan) : Raiders hired someone from the elderly home.
dfosterf (24-Jan) : I'm going with a combination of the two.
beast (24-Jan) : Either the Cowboys have no idea what they're doing, or they're targeting their former OC, currently the Eagles OC
Zero2Cool (23-Jan) : Fake news. Cowboys say no
Zero2Cool (23-Jan) : Mystery candidate in the Cowboys head coaching search believed to be Packers ST Coordinator Rich Bisaccia.
beast (23-Jan) : Also why do both NYC teams have absolutely horrible OL for over a decade?
beast (23-Jan) : I wonder why the Jets always hire defensive coaches to be head coach
Zero2Cool (22-Jan) : Still HC positions available out there. I wonder if Hafley pops up for one
Zero2Cool (22-Jan) : Trent Baalke is out as the Jaguars GM.
dfosterf (22-Jan) : Jeff Hafley would have been a better choice, fortunately they don't know that. Someone will figure that out next off season
Zero2Cool (22-Jan) : Aaron Glenn Planning To Take Jets HC Job
