AJ Dillon has been really good the last several games. I'd say as far back as Raiders yeah?

I think he's certainly improved, both as a runner and a threat as a receiver. But I don't want to call his play "very good" yet. But certainly improvement is good!
That being said, I checked PFF and they agree with you.
Of RBs with at least 20% of the maximum number of (158) attempts during since week 5... RB Dillon is ranked 12th RB in all around grade.
1 Christian McCaffrey 49ers
2 Derrick Henry Titans
3 David Montgomery Lions
4 Kyren Williams Rams
5 Jaylen Warren Steelers
6 Craig Reynolds Lions
7 Jaleel McLaughlin Broncos
8 Antonio Gibson Commanders
9 Raheem Mostert Dolphins
10 D'Onta Foreman Bears
11 Royce Freeman Rams
12 AJ Dillon Packers
13 Isiah Pacheco Chiefs
14 Emari Demercado Cardinals
14 Jahmyr Gibbs Lions
If you're counting, that's 3 Lions RBs and 2 Rams RBs in the top 15. Of that list, all of them are averaging at least 4.2 yards, except Dillon whom is at 3.8 yards.
If you look at purely running, Dillon is 18th, so he's doing it more by being versatile than just running.
Dillon has the 26th best RB pass blocking grade.
And the 7th best RB receiving grade during this period. (Note 20% of whatever PFF maximum was in place for all of these).
