Gary with a monster pass rush performance today. 3 sacks today as he continues his comeback. He's seemingly getting a pressure or sack every drop back. Every game Gary plays his prices goes up and up. If Gute waits, it's gonna be $30 million a year to get it done.

Honestly I think it's too late for that... I don't think his agent would even look at anything less than $27 million per year.

And they're probably eyeing Boss's 34 million per year, knowing they won't get that, but want to be in the neighborhood, so I'm guessing $30 million is the end goal for both sides already.

Might as well make sure he can stay healthy before paying him that huge amount, I don't see them taking an early discount at this point.

Spotrac has the same numbers for 23 and 24.
CONTRACT AAV
Nick Bosa SF, DE $34,000,000 ROTY/DPOTY/3 Pro Bowl/ All Pro
T.J. Watt PIT, OLB $28,002,750 DPOTY/5PB/3AP
Joey Bosa LAC, OLB $27,000,000 DROTY/4 PB/AP
Myles Garrett CLE, DE $25,000,000 4BP/4AP (2)1st team (2)2 second team
Khalil Mack LAC, OLB$ 23,500,000 DPOTY/7PB/4AP (3)1st team 1 second

Gary is pretty good but he has not put up the same numbers and awards. My guess is he will end up somewhere around $25.

That being said, Rodgers actually had reliable weapons. I think our receiving core will be good in 2-3 years, but I blame Gute for throwing Jordan to the wolves with a bunch of rookies & 2nd year guys.

And as I've been complaining about for years now, Gute has struggled to find OL has finally caught up to the team.

Rodgers/Adams connection bailed them out for so many years with that. And then losing basically all the offensive vets killed that.
