If Gary is not only healthy, but effective and playing without limits by week one I think this bodes very well for the season. I would go so far as to say that Gary's performance is probably as critical to the season and anyone but Jordan Love.
I read something that said the Packers were 2nd best in pressures (I think) up to week 9 - when Gary was hurt. I'm not sure how they fared after that but the assumption being that they were much worse without him.
