Can he hurdle a LB or DB on the outside when he gets the rare carry of the ball or catch in the flat.
The world needs ditch diggers too Danny!!!

Not a knock against Hall or Kuhn, but I miss Henderson. IMO he is the type of player every Packer should emulate. One of my favorite Packers all time.

I agree. I used to love watching him hurdle defenders on the sideline to convert the first down.

Maybe now we will see Quinn bulldozing defenders for the first down.

Agreed.
I wonder if they will keep 3 FB and only 2 TE?

That would be pretty unusual for an NFL team these days, wouldn't it?

We sorely need someone like Henderson. Career receiving stats:
320 rcpts 2409 yrds 7.5 avg 14 tds

Rarely ran, but who cares?

I don't know why we never screen any more. Seemed like ever since we lost Green, we dropped the screen.

We've dropped the screen because we can't run the play. Every time we attempt a screen, it fails abysmally. We've gone from being one of the best screen teams in the league to looking laughable at every attempt.

I agree. Although I think it also does have something to do with the fact that every screen went to Jackson. He's good and all, but when one out of two plays where he is in is a screen, teams might begin to notice something.

Anyway, 3 FBs, that would be quite unique. Hall seems to be able to catch the ball when he gets the chance. You could line him up as a TE on the goalline. Maybe Ted Thompson even has some weird plans with him as LB, he's still listed as one. You never know.

As for the two TEs. That would mean we'd have to cut a recently resigned Humphrey, our starter Lee or one of our best talents in Finley. I don't see any of them happen.
