Well....looks like he won’t be here next year.
He plays well in the regular season, but stinks in the playoffs.
2 seasons in a row with home field advantage, and he stunk it up.
I don’t feel like he has “it” anymore.
Our D held the Niners to 6 points, and still Rodgers couldn’t put the team on his back and will them to victory.
I think he’s done.
Another wasted season.
Oh well.....it was fun while it lasted.

With this quote, he shows where his mindset is at. Hold the team hostage for $100 million dollars, take a big shit on Lambeau three years in a row, and when his contract starts to break our salary cap, he's like I DON'T WANNA BE PART OF A REBUILD.

Yeah, fuck you too Aaron.

What hall of fame QB at the end of their career WANTS to be part of a rebuild? To think he (or any great QB) wants to be on a rebuilding team is absurd. How about you listen to interview and hear the questions asked instead of reading a quote and going off…

Also Rodgers alluded in his interview that the niners defense took away the short passing game after making adjustments. Unfortunately our coaching staff couldn’t make those same adjustments and we abandoned the run. Those conditions make it very difficult to have a passing game, but Rodgers still played pretty well. Let’s not forget about those special teams either….

As much as i defended this guy, he can walk for all i care. The Defense played at a SB elite level and this is how the O responded? just 50 yards the second half and 10 total points? Pathetic. MLF and Rodgers are solely to blame

True. If you would have told me the 49ers would score only 13 points, I would have thought that would mean we won by at least 14 points.
As far as giving up on the run, they were not gaining any yards on the runs they did try.
There had to be guys open, as double and triple teaming Adams HAD to leave guys open. Rodgers just didn’t throw to them. He held the ball too long. Just as he always seems to do in the playoffs. He gets the blinders on, looking only at Adams.
Rodgers wasted a great defense showing by our guys.

Closing in 40 years old and in this cold? I wouldn't wanna be part of a rebuild either. Give the Packers a list of suitable destinations and let the Packers collect a bounty of draft picks.

Wait, did Rodgers actually say that, or someone putting words in his mouth?

I ask, because I wonder if it might be a sign the Packers will rebuild...

As I thought the Packers had two options, 1) Rebuild by getting rid of a lot of the more expensive contracts or 2) Turn almost all the one year deals into long term deals to spread out the cap... as the NFL knows it's getting a massive cap jump in 2023, Packers would just be spending it early and could take 1-3 more cracks at the Super Bowl while keeping a majority of the team together.
