Probably means new staff will want their own QB. Bye bye Justin Field's.

Honestly I'm surprised they weren't released last year...
And really their entire thing is they have just completely failed with the o-line, they're scheme early on what's basically have every play to have three different directions you could be run... And oftentimes players would focus on the top two and they would run the third... Catching everyone off guard but that's basically a gimmick... After a while everyone's going to catch on to that gimmick.
They just never solidified the line to get the rest of the offensive chance... And that's a bit of what we're seeing with the Chiefs after they lost both their very good offensive tackles last year and try to replace them this year.
It's sort of amazes me, that with how smart some of these football people are they overlook some of the darnest simple things... such as Non-mobile QB plus poor OL equals failure...
I still can't freaking believe that when Eli Manning was the QB for the Giants that they did not invest in their own line other than like one first round pick who was a poor selection... Eli's not the very mobile give him protection he could do some damage... I'm not saying he's a top 10 QB, but with the o lines he had there at the end, he wasn't freaking giving a chance...
Same with the Bears offense...
And Russell Wilson's mobility is the only reason why the Seahawks offensive line protection has worked some years
