It’s a torn ACL for Kylin Hill. Sucks. I had high hopes for this dude.

Well some team (49ers was it?) refused to kick it to Hill as a returner as they saw him breaking too many tackles as a returner. He doesn't look electric, but he does break tackles and one or two more blocks broken tackles and he had a chance to break a lot one which is a heck of a lot better than recent years.

Really stinks because it was so unnecessary. Was hoping they could work him into the offense a little by the end of the year to keep Dillon+Jones fresh.

I like the kid. He may be a big part of the team in the future but he was hardly electric when it came to kick returns. 10 for 199 yards is a 19.9 average. If he takes the kick at the goal line he's averaging the 20. A touch back would be the 25 so that's not good. If he's getting it a few yards deeper that's even worse. The only way he would be considered decent would be to take the ball at the 10 and return it to the 30. If it happened it was only once or twice.
Maybe the issue isn't him. Maybe it's his blockers.
