I don't think the early bye is bad, it gives some time to do additional coaching with the new D. The part I like least, other than the brutal finish, is we also play 2 teams coming off of Thursday night games. It gives them extra rest and preparation time for us.

Why is Jerry Kramer not in the Hall of Fame?

I like it. 5 nationally televised games. Opening game on Sunday night vs. the Bears. Vikings on Monday night later (Doesn't get any better than that =D). Thanksgiving game vs the Lions. Starts off pretty easy, which in all honesty can't hurt us and should help build some team chemistry, what's not to like?

Only thing is they gotta play the 2 Super Bowl teams in the final 3 games. So if we're on the bubble for the playoffs, it's gonna be a tough finish.

I'm fine with that. I think that if they want to go to the playoffs, they should have established dominance earlier in the season. I like to watch exciting, hard-fought football. It brings me no joy watching the Packers back into the playoffs after beating up on a pathetic division, sneak into the playoffs off a late season Bears or Vikings collapse, or squeak in off a miracle, last-second catch by the Cardinals that nowadays would be ruled incomplete.

If we're worried about those last two games, it probably hasn't been a good season anyway.
