Williams was most recently with the Baltimore Ravens and actually played in their playoff loss to the Bills this past weekend. He was released by Baltimore on Monday.

They designated for return from injured reserve inside linebacker James Burgess, cornerback Kabion Ento and cornerback Parry Nickerson. All three become eligible to practice right away and can be activated to the 53-man roster any time between now and the Super Bowl.

Burgess was a regular on special teams and could get a call up this week if the coaches think he is physically ready.

Also, possible be there to sucure punts... our returners have been questionable at times with just weather to catch it or not.

After looking at his stats, for the most part Tramon hasn't been a very good returner. First, the only season he had more than a handful punt returns was all the way back in 2010 (41). The only other time he had double digit returns was 2009 and 2018 with 13. His return average is 9.0 but that is from his returns in 2007 and 2009. He hasn't had a kickoff return since 2009 when he returned 2 kicks for a 13 yard avg.
