Placing Politics and the Pandemic and any petty disagreements aside, I want to wish all fellow forum members and those who are not members (yet) a Joyous and Safe Holiday Season. May all of us see a new year with a Super Bowl victory and a return to lives without fear and with a new prosperity.

A Christmas Eve Party has become a annual event for my brother and his wife. I've attended many myself in the past. I hoped that this year they would suspend that tradition and pick it up again in 2021 when the risk of Covid-19 should be a thing of the past. That is not the case and their party is again being held.

I declined this years invitation and hope that their decision does not turn into a super spreader event. Only time will answer that question.

Please use good common sense and don't endanger yourself, your family, or your friends by recklessly disregarding the clinical advice that has been tirelessly repeated by genuinely qualified medical professionals. Be safe, enjoy the holidays, but please don't think that you can't get Covid-19.
