The Seahawks elevated Harrison to the 53-man roster on Monday.

They knew the answer, Harrison could of signed with Packers or Seahawks from the start, he knew he was being played on the PS, getting the rust out, being activated from the PS for 2 games and then being signed to the active roster.

That's how all teams are doing it in 2020.

Harrison picked Seahawks over the Packers to start with... nothing but more money could change his mind.

Plus rumor has it, Harrison's history of knee injuries and cold weather don't get along, and he'd like to avoid cold weather... doesn't help.
