This might be the most sensible, long term option. Draft someone to replace Turner within the next year or two. Guards aren't that difficult to find.

After the Packers letting Mike Wahle and Marco Rivera go the Packers had struggles replacing those positions to which Thompson said replacing Guards proved to be more challenging than he anticipated. In other words, he was thinking Guards were easy to replace.

I don't know that Bak is going to get $22 mil but Turner is not the answer.
