Remember when GB couldn't run block? Not any more. This is despite having to shuffle the OL over and over.

I forget which Sunday Night Football game I was watching, but they kept talking and showing this "duo block". Two OL would attack one guy, then one of the OL would block someone on the second level.

I thought, holy crap this is brilliant!! Then I noticed other teams doing it and now I'm wondering, do all teams do this?

I think it would work best for run blocking, but maybe smacking someone like Kahil Mack with two guys and after Mack gets knocked back, one of them OL moves down the field.

Lets hope it continues when it matters down the stretch. Jacksonville shouldn't hurt the stats much in this regard.

However, those stats will lessen considerably with he Bears twice Colts Eagles and Titans

I would like to see the same graph for the balance of the season...

Many/most teams do it. Some better than others. The key is to get enough movement/momentum so that one of you can slide off and go get a linebacker.

Conversely, this is why your DL has to hold up well against double-team/combo/duo blocks. When they get man-handled it really hampers LB pursuit and their ability to get their clean.

As far as the teams we face and their run defense prowess, the Bears are 14th. ( GB is 12th) The Colts are 3rd, Eagles 24th and Titans 17th.
GB has already faced TB and NO who are #1&2.

Kinda scary the Packers have struggled so much against the run when they have only faced two of the better run blocking OL.

And have to face four of the better run blocking OL I'm the second half of the season.
