This scheme normally asks for a high level RB as you're using them to heavily distract from the QB and make huge plays in both the run and pass game to do it.

I wouldn't be surprised if the Packers do make a big RB move at some point in the coming seasons.

Also kinda wondering if this means the Packers wish they had signed him as a FA or not...

Allowing your name to be in the discussion does not mean you're going to throw the kitchen sink of capital into obtaining the asset. And if the Packers being interested in other RB's to make the team better pisses off the current RB's, then I say GOOD. No one is safe. You battle for your job every play, of every game. I highly doubt Jones or Williams would take offense to it and would probably welcome another talented RB because it only makes them better.

I hope he was inquiring about Robbie Anderson instead of Bell. Bell is over-priced at a position that we definitely do not need.
