I think we will see Shepard back on the PS after he clears waivers.

He showed to much in preseason just to let him go.

He was invited to tryout in OTA's and kept making the cuts.

Maybe the game was a little to big for him this year, but I still think he can become a solid wr in the future.

True, Buckeye. He did look good in the preseason.
Had he not slipped and let the ball go off his face mask, and of course the fumbled punt, he might still be on the team.
I think it might just be too big for him right now. If he settles down he still might turn into something good.

Absolutely! In fact, I'm slightly surprised they didn't just keep him, but bench him... guess they thought they seriously need a returner and willing to potential lose Sheppard to get it.

Of course, the question is, does any other team want Sheppard and does he want to come back (some players or agents don't after being released, and there has to be a few teams with worse quantity of depth there).
