I'd say Woodson. I would love to see Driver make it and if Jennings continues the way he has then in a few years I would add his name to the list. I think Rodgers has the potential to get there. Time will tell.

There's no chance Driver will ever make the Hall. As Peter King occasionally points out, the Hall of Fame backlog is currently clogged with receivers and more are added to the queue every year. There's no end in sight.

I agree Woodson if he can play at least 2 more years like he has..

Driver------no way will he make it..

No one else can even be brought up

Come back in 4 years and ask again

I'm going to go with Woodson aswell. He'll have to play some more years I think, but if he does, he'll go in pretty fast.

As for Donald Driver, I recall having this talked about this before. I think he's most equal to Isaac Bruce, if you look at their careers (For unbiased purposes). Looking at Bruce from the outside in, I don't think he's HoF worthy. Maybe Driver can get in if he'll play till he's 40 and keeps putting up some solid years. Slim chance of that happening though, especially with his playing style.

If Donald had Issac Bruce numbers he would be a lock, Bruce is #2 all time just 56 yards short of 15,000 yards. I would like to see him make it but there are a ton of receivers around 10,000 and more. So I don't see it happening even if he gets to 10K yards.
Why is Jerry Kramer not in the Hall of Fame?

I agree that Woodson has the best chance, but I don't think that even he will make it. He had a lot of lost years, mostly due to injury, when he should've been in his prime. His selection for the Pro Bowl this year was his first one in ages. I hope he has a couple more great years and at least gives himself a shot at the Hall of Fame, though.

Driver has almost no chance for reasons that others have mentioned. He would need to win a Super Bowl and be the hero of the game or something to even get into the conversation. Maybe two Super Bowls. Right now he is thought of as a very good receiver rather than a great one. And I would say that is pretty accurate, as much as I like the guy. He may be my favorite Packer player ever.

Over his first 10 years he had 10461 yards. Still, alot more than Driver (About 2500 yards), but he seemed to be more of a product of the St. Louis Rams system than anything else. He has been really up and down.

Where Bruce is also going down pretty fast, Driver seems to be the Ironman of the WR position. I don't know how long he can keep this up, but I don't see his numbers dropping just yet.

Ok, maybe the comparison is a bit off, the only thing they have in common is that they might both be some of the most underrated WRs for the last coule of years.

bruce will make it because he went to Super Bowls and was productive mostly every year

its as shame that a lot of players are passed over coz of no Sb appearances, but lot of times that pushes a player into the HOF

Woodson, if he can put together two-three more strong years. Driver should get in if you factored in things like heart and value to the team, but since they don't he won't - which is a shame.

And I'll go ahead and say - and this is coming from someone who is a fan of the kid - anyone putting Rodgers in the hall after one season is wearing the rosiest glasses of them all. Which is cool, don't get me wrong - but there's no way in hell to say where he'll be in 10-12 years at this point.

Best chance with performance to date... Woodson.

Realistically speaking.. there are zero players on the roster that have a track record to date of projecting as a HOFer..

Woodson minus the injury riddled years had a chance.. but the chances of him playing at a high level for a number of years yet and getting there are slim, IMO.

Lee Remmel or Gordon "Red" Batty have the best chance overall.

Wait, the more I think about it Remmel is a lock.

dfosterf (16-Apr) : that from Jaire
dfosterf (16-Apr) : My guess is the Packers floated the concept of a reworked contract via his agent and agent got a f'
Zero2Cool (16-Apr) : Yes, and that is why I think Rob worded it how he did. Rather than say "agent"
dfosterf (16-Apr) : Same laws apply. Agent must present such an offer to Jaire. Cannot accept or reject without presenting it
Zero2Cool (16-Apr) : I'm thinking that is why Rob worded it how he did.
dfosterf (16-Apr) : The Packers can certainly still make the offer to the agent
dfosterf (16-Apr) : Laws of agency and definition of fiduciary responsibility
dfosterf (16-Apr) : Jaire is open to a reduced contract without Jaire's permission
dfosterf (16-Apr) : The agent would arguably violate the law if he were to tell the Packers
Zero2Cool (16-Apr) : That someone ... likely the agent.
Zero2Cool (16-Apr) : So, Jaire has not been offered nor rejected a pay reduction, but someone says he'd decline.
