In addition to signing running back Corey Grant, the Green Bay Packers also added rookie defensive lineman and former Wisconsin Badgers standout Olive Sagapolu to the roster on Friday, according to Rob Demovsky of ESPN.
Sagapolu is on the field and wearing No. 67 for the start of Friday’s training camp practice at Nitschke Field.
The 6-2, 335-pound Sagapolu was an All-Big Ten pick for the Badgers as a nose tackle during the 2017 season. His senior season ended with a shoulder injury after eight games. Sagapolu tallied eight tackles for losses and five sacks over his final two seasons in Madison.
The Samoan native is maybe best known for his backflips on the beach.
