He does fit what Gute seems to look for, but I wouldn't limit it to just that, as RB Corey Grant has been with the Jags since 2015, and Packers new offensive coordinator Nathaniel Hackett has also been with Jags since 2015.

Also based on stats, it looks like he's been a back-up kick returner and has put up some good returns... and returner might of been the Packers worst area of depth last year. He also has 9 tackles, which I assume are ST tackles.
