Got some audio on the topic, I'll post it if I have time.
Just been thinking about possible solutions.
1: They could find some way of shortening the play call. Maybe do hand signals and words in the huddle, call it twice as fast, more time to make adjustments at the LoS.
2: Let Aaron have some freedom in certain situations, for example Two Minute situations. Or if they up by 30.
3: I do think it's important for Aaron to show that this isn't just about him trying to steamroll the new, young coach. Or trying to leverage power over the person calling plays. Maybe he could shut his pie hole to the media on the topic.
4: Maybe Aaon could get with The Program for the first 10 weeks. 6 weeks if he can keep his pie hole shut on the topic. Then, maybe he can have an opportunity or two ON OCCASION.
5: We need a viable backup. Aaron has to know the QB is gonna be executing the offense, whether that is him, or someone else.
Aaron can do it all. But can he keep his ego in check? Let's see him go out of his way to prove he can. Silence the critics. Get another ring or two.
