Home ( 6 - 2 )

  3. L - Philadelphia Eagles
  4. W - Detroit Lions
  5. W - Oakland Raiders
  6. W - Carolina Panthers

Away ( 2 - 6 )

  4. L - Los Angeles Chargers
  5. L - San Francisco 49ers
  6. W - New York Giants
  7. W - Detroit Lions
  8. L - Minnesota Vikings

I feel like this is the most unpredictable season in a long, long time. I have us at 8-8, but 6-10 or 12-4 wouldn't surprise me all that much, either.

Next to our team being a bit of a question mark with the coaching changes, addition of free agents and (probably) two first round rookies, a lot of our opponents could go anywhere from 6 wins to 12 wins, as well.

Take Washington. If Keenum shows even the slightest bit of what he did in Minnesota, that becomes a dangerous team. After all, they have a lot of the same parts as the team that went 6-3 before Smith got injured.

Patricia got in a lot of parts more to his liking this off-season (Read, Patriots-esque). The Lions aren't a great team on paper, but the same has been said about the Patriots many a time before they dominated the AFC yet again.

Oakland's a question mark, with lots of draft capital and a coach entering the second year, the Panthers are a different team every year (Last 7 years they haven't had two winning or losing seasons in a row), etc.

‘‘Tis true....lots of questions, not many answers right now. But I prefer to remain positive.
As was said, could be 6-10, or 12-4.
We will see!

Whoa... Predicting this soon.. okay, lets go.

I am using my faith in the defense to grow a bit more this season to win some of these games. I happen to think we hooked a break having a heavy Home schedule early on... it is going to take some time for the O to click consistently. Game I worry about that I have W's on... Chargers. One I think I should alter with a L... Panthers. But we will give up at least 1 game we should win.

Home (6-2)

W - Minnesota Vikings
W - Denver Broncos
L - Philadelphia Eagles
W - Detroit Lions
W - Oakland Raiders
L - Carolina Panthers
W - Washington Redskins
W - Chicago Bears

Away ( 5 - 3 )

L - Chicago Bears
W - Dallas Cowboys
L - Kansas City Chiefs
W - Los Angeles Chargers
W - San Francisco 49ers
W - New York Giants
W - Detroit Lions
L - Minnesota Vikings

Even James Jones isn't afraid to drop game by game this "early"

Reading the twitter replies..,.so many rip on Jones, yet they throw out their OPINIONS as if they are GOLD.
What makes their guesses any better then what JJ says?
It’s all guess work anyway.

That’s just it. He doesn’t hide his “homerism”. But as you said, he doesn’t make up stuff and say it’s “news”.
You look at someone like Greg Jennings. If people don’t take what he says with a grain of salt, because of his dislike of Aaron Rodgers , then they are ignoring a important part.

With over 4 months until the reg. season begins, no NFL Draft having taken place, no Training Camp or Pre-Season games to gage this seasons roster vs other teams, predicting the Packers 2019 record is just impossible at this point. Too many questions remain to be begun to be evaluated.

How will new and veteran players fit into the Packers new Offensive system? What adjustments will Head Coach LaFleur need to make? Will the Offensive Line play better this season? Will the Receivers play better in LaFleur's new offensive system? How much of an improvement will the GB RBs make in 2019?

Will the revamped GB Defense be as good as they appear to be on paper? Will the GB Pass Rush become a real factor and not just a way to contain the outside running attacks? Will last seasons improving defensive secondary benefit from the Smith's rushing opposing QBs this year?

I applaud the courage needed to dive into this unknown river, but I always went out and scouted the place before I would dive into it. I've never been one to blindly supply an uneducated opinion.

This thread ask for prediction anyway, so I shall supply one just for "fun". I will not say that they will beat this team or loose to that team. Afterall predicting what a team will do this season based upon last seasons results is just crazy.

OK, just for fun, at his point in time, the Packers could post a 10 - 6 Reg. Season record in 2019.

I reserve the right to change or amend this post as a clearer Picture of the 2019 Packers comes into view. 😎

If they choose to not pick players to improve the team, I can only conclude that they want to loose. 😕

Zero2Cool (19h) : It'd be a wise move.
