I fully agree that there's a lot of tape of horrible angles and bad decisions, but again, he's an opportunist. He also lead our defense in tackles and interceptions and ended the season as the 17th best safety according to PFF, even after that disastrous run in Washington.

Not playing to his full potential to save his body for free agency... That I do hold against him.



All I've heared is that Washington was in talks with him, as well. How do you know they didn't offer him $ 3 million? Maybe they offered him $ 15 million over 3 years, but he liked his odds of getting a way bigger deal than that after a good season with the Bears. Maybe he didn't like the direction the organization was going. Maybe the contract was too insentive-laden.



I don't think he's an amazing player and I certainly don't see him reaching all-pro status during his career, but the hate he's getting here is just ridiculous.

Where the hell was this when I was trying to reason with the hate with some open-mindedness and kept getting roasted worse than a marshmallow that fell into a fire??

HaHa will benefit from playing on a better defense that has fewer holes. I can see him having a pretty good year.
