If it was a really shiny gold, I wouldn’t mind it.
But the yellow is pretty neat.
For those that have never seen a Packer helmet up close, it’s not just yellow, but has sparkles in it. I have a “real” one, with about 40 signatures on it (including Donald Driver) that I got signed after a practice a while back.

Yes I like the yellow better, also think the Packers is the best of the 3 helmets there... is the last one the Patriots?

Wolf didn't like the yellow because it reminded me of University of Michigan's maize color.



Wolf actually designed a new Packers uniform. I didn't like the switch to dark gold, but I didn't mind the rest. Also, with me not being from the mid-west, I would actually prefer a uniform with the logo on it... as some casual fans know the Packers "G" logo but they don't know jersey (which has no Packers logo).

Here is a potential drawing of Ron Wolf's written proposed jersey design, which I believe hearing of a potential change got backlash and they scraped the idea.


Here is me trying to take that and switch it back to yellow, instead of gold. If he kept the colors the same, I think the design is pretty good. Though there is something to say for keeping tradition. But I've always liked keeping the same colors, and doing this as a throwforward (instead of throwback) jersey. Heck just make them for fans, the team doesn't necessary have to wear them... cool jersey with the logo on it.

I definitely like your yellow more then Wolf's dark color.
They used to have the Packer “G” on the sleeves for a few years,like in Wolf’s idea, and I liked that. I don’t know why they took it off.
