How much could the Packers get for Aaron Rodgers?

As much as Denver got for Cutler? More? Less?

Jesus. Thinks what Ted could do with two first rounders and a third.

The market is right... Call Bus Cook.... #4 Two more years?????

You so crazy!

No seriously, we couldn't get this much for Rodgers, I think. Especially not with a somewhat respectable QB (Thinkg Orton, Edwards, Hill here).

Even more, we'd be stuck with some expensive picks and no franchise QB. We'd spent one of the draft picks for a guy in the mold of a Mark Sanchez who has a 50/50 chance to succeed, maybe use another one (There go the two firsts) and we'll end up with some crappy years, a mediocre QB and a 3rd round pick we could freely use.

Ted could get two seconds and a third for each of those two first rounders. That takes care of the first round money challenge. That would be FOUR Seconds and Two Third round draft picks.

Bring Brett back for two years.... All is well again between the two. The retiering of the Jersy could be done with class, and tears, and happiness.

Ohhh... It is perfect. Even my friend Hazer would be well again mentally.

Either that, or I am just trying to stir up some shit in the off season for my own selfish reading desires on Packers Home.

I don't know about the upside thing Raider, If i remember right Cutler is younger and has more experience. So no i don't think we could get anything close to what the Broncos got. After all Cutler was a Pro Bowler.

Wow, you are amazing. Cutler is EIGHT freaking months younger than Rodgers. Let's hang Ted for not pulling a Rodgers for Cutler trade right?

He does have more experience, that's obvious. Cutler also didn't have the benefit of learning from a FREAKING LEGEND either. Let's not factor that in to THIS post because it just wouldn't suit your point of view.

I'd rather Rodgers over Cutler, but I agree that Rodgers wouldn't net as much in trade value as Cutler. I mean, lets be honest. Rodgers hasn't had to deal with any QB dilemma at all such as Cutler had to go through. Heck, the Bronco's considered trading him to get a different QB. Rodgers has NEVER had to go through ANYTHING like that. Never was considered a top over all pick an fell down to the 24th spot. Nope, he just doesn't know how to handle adversity as well as Cutler either.

With that said, I'd still rather Rodgers QB my team over Cutler. I've watched them both play. Cutler is an uglier version of Jeff George. Give him Randy Moss and he'll be good.

I think Rodgers would need another season like last year to be worth that much.

Well Zero look at the difference in the talent in the 2 drafts? Rodgers falls to 24 and Cutler is drafted 11th. Granted he was the 3rd qb drafted but your right Rodgers had that awesome draft he fell in lol. So hell i guess way you look at it i guess Vince Young should draw more than Cutler does. After all Young was being looked at #1

DH.. I rarely call you out, but seriously why so high on Cutler.. because the fans voted him to a Pro Bowl.. come on.

Cutler finally in year three eclipsed the numbers Rodgers put up in his first year... but forget the stats.

Rodgers handled controversy and difficult situations with class and dignity, proved his maturity and leadership through the saga last season.

Cutler can't hold his jock in comparison.. hell even his girlfriend Cook couldn't.

That is it in a nutshell.. so I don't know if the Packers could get more than the Broncs did.. there is only so many suckers that overpay in a single offseason.
