Get a great offense head coach

Have a great draft (kinda hoping for an elite top picks)

Be able to stay healthy in future seasons

Jettison players that aren’t good anymore, or aren’t willing to give 100%.
And get a offensive play caller that has some ability to call some plays that might actually fool the defense.

1 - draft a killer edge rusher
2 - make some cap room to bring in some veteran players
3 - pick up a couple of good free agents for the OL
4 - hire a coach that can bring a modern playbook in
5 - bring back Pettine as DC
6 - Bring the Lombardi home!

Let Cobb and clay go.
Upgrade our guards.
Cut Nick Perry and Davon House and Trevor Davis and Jimmy Graham.
Upgrade both safety and OLB positions.
Resign Mo Wilkerson.
Get an offensive Guru HC who can also put Aaron in his place and force him to play within the offense and fix his mechanics.
