The last two games are against tough opponents and in their stadiums. Whew, that's one way to get primed for the regular season.

I dislike playing the Titans because they continue their starters into the second half and we pull ours in the 1st quarter. Then we hear all the bitching about how a lowly Titans team made us look stupid, etc.

Granted, they're not lowly this year ... but you get the idea.

Most head coaches seem to use the final preseason game to figure out their final roster and don't really use their starters much..... the Titans head coach use their final preseason to get momentum for the season by playing their starters most of the game....

In the past the Shrine game was almost always the 2nd home game. I wish it were this year too. (And in week 3 or 4.)
My son is due to return from Afghanistan somewhere around the middle of Aug.
I can't be in Kansas and Green Bay at the same time. I guess I will just have to see what happens. The trouble is that the Army won't give us the OFFICAL word until he is already in the air. that doesn't leave much time to work out all the details and drive out to KS.

I believe the teams get to decide on their own who they face in the pre-season. If a relationship is established that works then they will continue as such.

Travel between Wisconsin and Tennessee is probably one reason why we've partnered up with the Titans.
