The worst I see out of this is a 4 game suspension, and even that is pretty hefty for a first time offense. We definitely need Jolly in there to help man one of the DE positions, but any suspension he gets won't effect him during the OTAs, mini-camps, and training camp. He might miss a couple of games to start the year, which sucks, but it's not like they'll keep him out for the entire season.

I am not that into law, but it would seem to me that the amount he had on him warrants some jail time.

According to what I heard coming in this morning, both parties in the trial asked for this continuance.. so either a plea is in progress or there is a lot more "gray area" to this case than has been reported.

I'm hoping plea deal. a month in jail, or something. Then, tell Goodel how unbelievably sorry you are, and tell him it'll never ever ever happen again. And he should cry. I'm talking tears, snot, the whole bit.
