It's what we do as Packers fans. If things aren't done how we want, we complain about it. If things are done how we want, we blast them for taking advice from armchair bums.

The real question is . . . can Drew Kaser punt better than Big Ben?

Incidentally, both Kaser and Scott were on the plane to New England. Only one will be active tonight, but I think it would be awesome to see a formation with two punters in the backfield. Maybe we could see a little something like this:

If they use Kaser just for the New England game because of Scott's wife giving birth and then cut him, then that's gotta be some really special treatment for a rookie punter. I mean, how many times have we heard that so and so played through a game while their wife gave birth?

Although families do often travel with the team, it's doubtful Scott's wife made this trip. Most airlines won't let any woman board an aircraft past 36 weeks' gestation. It's more likely that he has some sort of arrangement whereby he can hop a return flight on short notice if he needs to. Airlines offer emergency tickets that can be purchased in advance and redeemed at any time; my mother used one of those when my twins were born. Then again, he might have enough money to simply charter a private plane home.

Incidentally, Scott's wife is drop-dead fucking gorgeous.

I remember two (I wanna say one was Eagles and the other was Bears) where players said they'd miss the game is their wivies went into labor and all kinds of fan backlash... but both of those happen like the day or two after the games... but the backlash was disturbing.

The big difference is kickers don't have backups... where other positions do.

Martha Careful (7h) : Beast, your is a very strong point...for a change 😊😊😊
beast (7h) : More consistent with their time and rest between games.
beast (7h) : I think all the AFC games should be on Saturday and all the NFC should be on Sunday (maybe reverse the order every year), to more consistent
