It's dumb to infer that being next to a mall is going to generate revenue. It's dumb to say that having retail space as part of the stadium is a good thing because it's old news. Very old news.
And regardless of what the arrangement is, it's not automatic. Retail can be a rough business and not a guarantee.
What's really stupid to me is NFL owners already are in business. Adding a Quiznos to the umbrella is not a big deal. Does it matter if it's located in another state or inside the new stadium?
There is nothing new in the article and it makes a lot of assumptions.
