I wonder if every time the Packers don't get a guy someone thought they should get the fans are going to compare Gute to Ted.

It's neither bitchy or bonkers to lament that, for that player(Peters), it was as if nothing had changed from TT's reign as GM. I hope that is not at all true, but we shall see what progresses.

Let us not forget that Ted Thompson is still hanging around, so ...

Chiefs sent Peters plus 6th round pick and are getting 4th round this year and 2nd round next year. Peters must be one helluva dick to deal with.

Peters is a headache to deal with otherwise the chiefs wouldn't be trading him (and receive so little). Only so many teams are going to want to pay a guy like that the 5+ year 50+ million dollar contract he's going to command on the open market next year. He's a great player but he could end up getting a GM fired.
