I found his comment "if they know what you are in pre-snap, you are in trouble..." to be exceptionally welcome and spot on. Last year is was very very easy to read what we were in pre-snap...and the results showed it.
I am very optimistic about his approach.

Playing devil's advocate-- I also hate it. I hate it because some of the players that are already on the roster have shown the inability to run any type of complex scheme. Honestly, if you cannot grasp an NFL playbook, you shouldn't be on a 53.

Excited to see what he can do with this defense and whatever Gutey adds. He wants to have a great defense and he is determined to win. Breath of fresh air compared to hearing Dom talk in his later years with the Packers...
