Former Packers, Lions WR Jared Abbrederis Retires

Abbrederis is only 27, but he is walking away from the game after suffering multiple injuries on the field. While in Green Bay, suffered a torn ACL and missed his entire rookie season. In the following year, he missed a good chunk of time with a concussion and rib injuries. In 2017, which turned out to be his final NFL season, he suited up in seven games for the Lions. Abbrederis had three grabs for 44 yards on the year.

The pride of Wautoma is starting his own business in that area. Has a beautiful lake house all paid for. Time to go enjoy life. Thanks for the memories !

He and Janis will be forever linked, they can probably make a good living going on tours together.

I always liked Abby. Unfortunately injuries happen. Hopefully he invested his money well. Good luck to him in his post-football career.

I agree with Buck about Abby and Janis. Fans really like both of them. No doubt would be popular inclusions in any veteran events that the Packers host.
