The Packers, at the behest presumably of coach Mike McCarthy, have fired offensive coordinator Edgar Bennett and quarterbacks coach Alex Van Pelt (pictured with Mason Crosby), according to ESPN.

You're right, Z...not quite a firing but in essence the same result. He's gone. I thought the tweet you had up before was better. Wilde thinks 12 will be upset. Worried about his friend.

For those of us desiring accountability and change, we got it. There has been way too much thought inbreeding and I am extremely pleased change is occuring.

I think Mike McCarthy has been doing most of the coaching and is probably tired of carrying the load.
