The Packers re-signed Joe Callahan and may shut down Aaron Rodgers if they get eliminated

GREEN BAY, Wis. -- The Green Bay Packers will re-sign backup quarterback Joe Callahan, a source told ESPN.com on Monday.

Callahan was released on Saturday to make room for Aaron Rodgers, who was activated off injured reserve.

Of course, when I saw that this line, "because Callahan had to clear waivers first", I was thinking that line is normally associated with signing someone to the PS.

Rodgers better not play against the Vikings as he will get hurt with this OL. Vikings Defense is even better than the Panthers Defense.
