Uffda is still pissed, because I proved him wrong with my prediction last year that Davante would have triple the stats of Janis.

He'll never get over it!

I don't claim to know what is in Devante's mind. The common idea is Oh without Rodgers he won't get the same numbers and that will lower his free agent value. I would say that if he can perform and make catches instead of missing from a backup QB who isn't a future HOF, that he would do more to increase his value than simply putting up good numbers from Rodgers. Showing that it isn't just the QB throwing that makes him.

Imagine it's you. You have a co worker who helps make you look better than you are inflating your value. He no longer is around and your review is coming up soon. You know you stand to lose money. You press. You increase pressure on yourself or you go in the tank and just realize you're screwed. You may vacillate between both extremes especially on the heels of dealing with a new situation.

So, Davante is pressing too much or mentally checked out in my opinion. Neither are good for him or this team. I can understand what it must be like for him by getting real quiet and looking at as many factors in his world that I can. It's profiling. FBI pays people a lot of money to develop them. Knowing your subject is really important. Old radio boss used to scream it at us.

So, I'm guilty of dime store psychology but I do really try to understand people and situations. I feel for 17 and the entire org. Everyone stands to lose a lot without him on the field. Fans lose that feeling we all want. I want that ultimate high of seeing another SB.

I think it was early in the game Brett threw a nice deep ball that hit Adams in the hand. Why he didn't put two hands out is just stupid in my opinion. It was a very catch-able ball. At least it looked like it on the TV live version.

Proved me wrong? That's like me saying Jordy will have triple or more catches than Trevor Davis. Anyone saying Davis was going to have more than Jordy?

I love Janis' attributes. The exact thing we need here. Speed. Stronger than any WR we have, too. Much happier we drafted his skillset over Davante's. Nerd then takes my fascination with Janis and creates some stats prediction similar to his Hundley thing.

I'm stunned a 2nd rounder out performed a 7th rounder from Saginaw Valley State. Nerd is a genius.

Janis is superior to Adams in special teams. He's a freaking monster!!!
