Randall Cobb Injury: Packers WR will have MRI Monday, per report

On Monday, Cobb is scheduled to have an MRI to evaluate his shoulder, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport. Although Packers fans are concerned about Nelson, and rightfully so, this suggests that Cobb’s injury may be more serious than it first appears and that there is at least a chance that he may miss some time.

On the other hand, this may simply be a precautionary test to verify that nothing is wrong structurally with the shoulder. Expect to find out more later this week once the test is complete.

According to ESPN's Rob Demovsky, the Packers believe Jordy Nelson, Mike Daniels, and Randall Cobb avoided serious injuries against the Atlanta Falcons, though the trio awaits test results to confirm.
