Clark was already better than him in the last half of the year anyways.

I think Kenny Clark is gonna be a stud. Regardless, this means the Packers shpuld add NT to their list of needs.

PS - After a year in the system and an offseason of a NFL strength and conditioning program, I really think Clark will be a difference maker for our defense. As the season progressed, he continued to improve and make plays. I think his play recognition and quickness was evident by the end of last season.

It will be way down the list but it wouldn't hurt to get some depth.

Now being reported, he's restructured his deal pushing out the roster bonus until after the suspension is over. So they may keep him or at least they don't have to make a decision right now.

This is actually pretty smart. Just like Nerd said keep him in your hip pocket or as The Stones sing, "Under my thumb..."

See where you're at; if Ted decides to keep him, then his existing deal gets cut and we only have to pay 3/4 of it. Then we get to keep an extra player on the 53 through game 5, where certainly by then at least one will be on IR. Activate him week 6, get him ready by week 8 and he be fresher for playoffs than if he was not suspended.

Heck maybe Ted slipped him a PDF.
