Gabe Wilkens was injured so that is not a completely accurate comparison.

Cole is a functional player. If he signs quickley he will be overpaid. Overpaid to the point that in 2-3 years he will be cut and looking for his next team.

I keep saying that it is very possible to have too good of a contract. Those contracts make a player more likely to be cut.

A good deal is a good deal for both parties.
